About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Unfactory. By signing in or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Unfactory. Questions: [contact email].

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and have a Nigerian mobile number.
• Your phone number is your account. Keep your phone and codes to yourself: anyone with them can sign in as you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Ordering through your AI

• You can connect an AI such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. It can ask us what can be made, get prices and previews, and track orders for you.
• Nothing is ordered until you approve it. Before you pay, you'll always see a picture, the exact price and the arrival day.
• You're responsible for orders approved through your account and your connected AI. You can disconnect your AI at any time.

Quotes, prices and payment

• A quote shows the price in naira, including delivery, and how long it's valid for.
• An order is confirmed once you approve it and payment goes through. We'll then message you to confirm.
• If we can't make something as quoted, we'll tell you before making it, and you can accept the change or get a full refund.

Making and delivery

• Items are made to order by machines, such as 3D printers, near you. Preview pictures show what you'll get, but small differences in colour, texture and finish are normal.
• We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp or SMS: approved, being made, on its way, delivered.
• Arrival days are our best estimate. If we're going to be late, we'll tell you. If an item is very late, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Please give a correct delivery address and be reachable on your number.

Problems, refunds and cancellations

• Faulty or not as approved: if your item arrives broken, faulty or clearly different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with a photo. We'll remake it or refund you.
• Cancelling: you can cancel for free until making starts. After that, the item is made just for you, so we can't usually take it back because you changed your mind.
• Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

What we won't make

We can refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, if it is or could be used as:

• a weapon, a weapon part, or anything designed to hurt people;
• something illegal, dangerous, or that breaks safety rules;
• a copy of someone else's logo, character, brand or design that you don't have the right to use;
• something hateful, harassing, or meant to deceive people, such as fake documents or fake branded goods.

We also only make what our machines can make safely and well. Your AI will only be offered makeable options.

Your ideas and designs

• Your descriptions and ideas stay yours. You let us use them to design, make and deliver your order, and to improve how we make things.
• Designs we create for you are yours to keep and reorder. We may make similar items for other people, but we won't share your personal requests.
• You confirm you have the right to anything you ask us to copy or reproduce.

Our responsibility

• We'll make your items with reasonable care and skill.
• If something goes wrong, our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit, such as for death or injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
• We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as network outages, strikes or extreme weather.
• Use items for their intended purpose. Items aren't toys for young children, food containers or safety equipment unless we say so.

Closing your account

You can stop using Unfactory and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting [contact email]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. Orders already paid for will be made or refunded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a problem, contact us first and we'll try to fix it. If we can't agree, the courts of Nigeria will decide.

Changes

We may update these terms as Unfactory grows. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you before it applies. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when you approved them.
